Meg Svec is the co-founder of Spilt Milk Pastry, a successful bakery located in Oak Park, IL that she started with her sister Molly in 2013. They grew their "little bakery that could" from Molly's apartment kitchen in Pilsen to a thriving, community-based bakery business netting over $1.3 million dollars a year in revenue and serving over 15,000 customers annually - all while balancing a busy family life with four toddlers between them!
